Procedure to apply for Consolidated Grade Card and Revised Consolidated Grade Card :
Step.1-Download the application for Consolidated Grade Card from from the '' attachments'' on the top right hand side of this page.
Step.2- Pay fee under the purpose code: CRCON01-Consolidated Mark list.
Step.3- Duly filled in application and challan receipt and forward by post/Courier to the following address : The Controller of the Examinations , University of Calicut, Calicut University Post, Malappuram District, PIN-673 635(For Revised Consolidated Grade Card, attach the ORIGINAL CONSOLIDATED GRADE CARD ALONG WITH the APPLICATION
Procedure to apply for provisional certificate and Revised Provisional Certificate
Step.1- Download the application for Provisional Certificate from the '' attachments'' on the top right hand side of this page.
Step.2- Pay fee under the purpose code: CUPC01 - Provisional Certificate
Step.3- Duly filled in application and challan receipt and forward by post/Courier to the following address : The Controller of the Examinations , University of Calicut, Calicut University Post, Malappuram District, PIN-673 635.(For revised Provisional Certificate, attach PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE issued earlier )
Students, who are already remitted fee along with their final semester examination fee, need not to remit fee for provisional certificate again. They have to remit the balance of fee only, if any on account of hike in fee.

Search Fee/additional late fee for issuing Provisional Certificate after one year of passing/improvement : Rs 285/-
Remit Rs-60/- as postage, if required, under the purpose code EDS04-Postage Charge
Points to be noted: The applicant shall ensure that the e-mail ID and the contact number provided in the application form are valid. They shall also UPDATE the same IF CHANGED . Also ensure that the original Consolidated Grade Card and Provisional Certificate already issued (if any) MUST be returned/surrendered along with the application.
