All remittance to the University can be paid via online mode using the linkhttps://iwps.uoc.ac.in/
There are six mode of online payments of which you can select any one as per your choice.
Online SBI- You can make remittance with your SBI account with online banking facility.
SBI Payment gate way- You can make payment using debit cards powered by Rupay card for any amount and all other cards like Visa, Master etc. can be used only for the amount up to Rs. 2000/-. You can also use Google pay, Phonepe, Paytm etc for challan payment using your UPI id from SBI payment gateway
Akshaya/ FRIENDS-, Post Office/SBI e challan- You have to create Friends/Akshay/ Post office e-challan and approach any Friends/Akshaya Centre/Post Office/SBI branches with the print out on the same day or when you are comfortable, but without much delay and you will get SMS when the payment is completed. The institution concerned can also generate challan by them and make payment.
Payment facilities available in the University Campus
Challan Counter at Pareeksha Bhavan - You have to create e-challan by opting this payment mode in the online payment portal. Note the challan number and provide the challan number to the counter and make payment. You can also make payment by scanning the QR code displayed at the challan counter and generate the e-challan. The challan counter works from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on all working days. Payment can also be made using debit cards.
Maximum limit for payment by cash by a single challan is Rs-20,000/- and any amount can be paid with debit cards.
Challan Counter at Tagore Nikethan - You can make cash payment by offline mode at ithe University Challan counter at Tagore Nikethan. The challan counter works from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. Payment can be made using the pay in slips available at the counter. Payment can also be made using debit cards.
Maximum limit for payment by cash by a single challan is Rs-20,000/- and any amount can be paid with debit cards.
Points to be noted while making online payment
- The purpose code of the transaction shall be selected carefully as the wrong selection of purpose code may lead to incomplete submission of application.
- Please note down challan number as it is very essential for checking transaction status once the transaction breaks in-between
- For online payments, wait for some time until the payment page is completely redirected to the university web page after your payment
- Don't close the window immediately after getting a success message from your bank after payment, wait until the page redirected to University page
- Normally you will get a SMS from University if your transaction is successful and amount is credited to university account else you have to wait for at least one hour and then contact 0494 2407179 or send email to epay@uoc.ac.in.
- Refund of fee once remitted will be made only on the basis of written request to the University (addressed to the Registrar, University of Calicut) and will be subject to the prevailing rules and regulations.
- In the case of failed transaction your amount will be reversed/ refunded by your bank after some days
- You can reprint the challan using the challan number and selecting the mode of payment made. (click here for reprint)
