Equivalency / Migration Certificate
Application for Equivalency/Recognition Certificate and Migration Certificate can be submitted online through the Certificate Portal. Link: (https://ecertificates.uoc.ac.in/)

FEE STRUCTURE :
Equivalency Certificate : Rs 650/-
Service Charge : Rs 75/-
Fee for submission of Proposal under Normal Mode : Rs 650/-
Fee for submission of Proposal under Fast Track mode : Rs 3200/-
Migration Certificate : Rs 175/-
Duplicate Migration Certificate : Rs 460/-
Unclaimed Migration Certificate : Rs270/-(students shall mail to eqmg@uoc.ac.in attaching chalan @ Rs 270/- remitted under the H/A Unclaimed Marklist/certificate and with application number , Register number, name of the candidate etc )
When the Original Migration Certificate issued by University of Calicut is lost, provision for obtaining Duplicate Migration Certificate is permitted.
Procedure :
For applying Duplicate Migration Certificate, applicant shall be present in person before the Officers concerned. (Application for Duplicate Migration Certificate is to be submitted Offline).
Following is the list of documents to be attached along with the application :
1. The Provisional Certificate/Original Degree Certificate of the Program last completed from this University.
2. Transfer Certificate in original.
3. Affidavit (to be signed in the presence of the authority concerned) issued from Equivalency and Migration Section.
4. Chalan Receipt for Rs. 460/- remitted in the head ' Duplicate Certificates' .
