Procedures for the Revision of Consolidated Grade Card & Provisional Certificate

The revision of document is, normally, required in the following cases

1. Subsequently passed the course through supplementary examination after obtaining the consolidate grade card (Candidate has to revise the consolidated grade card if already obtained and also has to apply for Provisional Certificate)
2. Appeared for improvement examination after the completion of the course (The Consolidated Grade Card and Provisional Certificate already obtained must be revised even if the candidate was absent or there is no change in mark)
3. Mark changed on account of re-valuation.(Candidate has to revise the consolidated grade card effecting the revised mark, if there is a change in mark.)
4. Adding of grace mark (Candidate has to revise the consolidated grade card, if already issued, effecting the eligible grace mark.)
