Refund of Fee

The fee once remitted to the account of The University of Calicut will be refunded on the following conditions: 

1. The Application should be in the prescribed format.(download :Application for Refund of Fee)

2. Attach the original Challan Receipt.

3. Refund will be permitted after due verification and Rs. 135/- will be levied as service charge.(Please see the attachment to view  the University Order) 

4. The filled in applications shall be forwarded to :
