1. Semester Wise Grade Cards are issued on the request of the students (Except B Tech and MBA).

3. Application shall be submitted to : The Controller of Examinations, Pareeksha Bhavan, University of Calicut, Calicut University Post, Malappuram, Kerala , PIN -673 635. 

4. Self attested copy  of the Consolidated Grade Card(if received earlier) shall be submitted  with the application  . 

5.Fees:  Rs.60/- per semester .

6. Postal charges as applicable to each country shall be remitted, if needed.  (Postal charge inside India : Rs.60/-)

In addition to the above a Application Fee of Rs 55/- is applicable to all applications
