Transfer Certificate for the Students of School of Distance Education

Transfer Certificates to the Students of the Affiliated Colleges are issued from the respective colleges . Respective Teaching Departments of the University issue Transfer Certificates to their students. Transfer Certificates to the students of School of Distance Education are issued from the Office of the School of Distance Education, University of Calicut on their request. 

1. Applicants from  2017 Admission onwards (those who had completed the course) are directed to apply online.

2. Others can apply offline . The application form can be downloaded from the Official website of the School of Distance Education, University of Calicut:

3. University is not levying any fees for Transfer Certificate . 

4. But Search Fee should be remitted as follows: 

  • Those who had completed 3 to 9 years after the course -  Rs.295/-
  • Those who had completed  10 or more years after the course -Rs.585/-

5. Rs.65/- is to be remitted as postage if required.  

6. Those who have not completed the course are directed to cancel the course registered before applying for the Transfer Certificate .  

 (Cancellation Fee :  Rs. 240/- for the Registration Cancellation. (Those who have not registered for  Examination) .Rs.1740/- for the candidates with Examination Registration)

7. Applications should be submitted to : The Director, School Of Distance Education, University of Calicut, Calicut University Post, Malappuram, PIN-673 635

Note : Transfer Certificates are  not issued to the Private Registration students . Instead, the ''Private Registration'' seal will be affixed on the rear side of the Qualifying Certificates and Transfer Certificates.
