When the Original Migration Certificate issued by University of Calicut is lost, Duplicate Migration Certificate can be applied for .  

Procedure : 

For applying for Duplicate Migration Certificate, applicant should be present in person before the Officers concerned. (Application for Duplicate Migration Certificate is to be submitted Offline).

Following is the list of documents to be attached along with the application : 

1. The Original Degree Certificate of the Program last completed in this University. 

2. Original Transfer Certificate .

3. Affidavit (to be signed in the presence of the authority concerned).  

4. Chalan Receipt for Rs. 390/- remitted towards the head ' Duplicate Certificates' .
