Welcome to the Calicut University eHelp (Student Services and Support)
CU eHelp portal is an online help desk to provide students with support and guidance related to various services offered by the University. This portal is implemented and maintained by Calicut University Computer Center (CUCC). Students can use this facility to access the knowledge base to get their general queries answered. If they have queries related to any specific service or if they want to know status of an application already submitted to the University, the students' can generate Tickets through this portal. Each ticket will be automatically routed to the nodel officer concerned of the respective Branch/ Section. The concerned section will provide the required information within 24 hours to the applicant. Students can also keep track of the status of their application using the ticket number. Initially we have connected this application to the General Enquiry section, Pareekha Bhavan, General and Academic section, Directorate of Admission, Directorate of Research, School of Distance Education and the Equivalency/Migration sections of the University.
